Description
The Vermaent Valve Refacer Stones are high-quality abrasive grinding stones designed for use in valve refacing machines. Valve refacing — the process of re-grinding the seating face of a poppet valve — is a standard procedure in engine reconditioning, restoring the valve face to its correct angle (typically 30° or 45°) and removing wear, pitting, and carbon deposits.
Vermaent’s valve refacer stones are available in multiple grit grades to suit roughing, finishing, and super-finishing operations. The stones are formulated for compatibility with all common valve materials including austenitic stainless steel, stellite-faced valves, and standard cast iron valves. They are sized to fit the most widely used valve refacing machines in the Indian and international market.
